Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Personiks, we strive to provide the highest standard of care and service to our clients. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer a clear and fair cancellation and refund policy for consultations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Consultation Appointments
- •You may cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
- •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be non-refundable.
- •No-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Procedure Appointments
- •Surgical or treatment appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
- •Cancellations made within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee, depending on resources already allocated (e.g., staff, operating room, materials).
- •In case of emergencies, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your options.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments made for procedures are partially refundable, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
3. Refunds for Packages or Prepaid Treatments
If you purchase a package (e.g., laser sessions, skin/hair treatments), the following applies:
- Unused sessions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund, after deducting the full cost of availed sessions and applicable taxes.
- Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them.
- Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages after 30 days of inactivity unless a valid medical reason is provided.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Consultation fees (unless cancelled within free window)
- Services already availed
- Customized treatment plans, once initiated
- Promotional or discounted packages
5. Exceptional Cases
In rare circumstances such as medical contraindications or unforeseen health issues, we may offer full or partial refunds based on documentation and case review by our medical team. These are handled on a case-by-case basis.
