Please read our official Cancellation & Refund Policy before registering for SAFE-PLAST 2025.

1. No Refunds Policy

All registration fees for SAFE-PLAST 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is made, it is considered final and binding.

  • Change in personal schedule or conflict of commitments
  • Non-attendance due to medical, family, or travel-related issues
  • Visa denials or travel restrictions for international delegates
  • Accidental duplicate registration or payment errors

Note: We strongly recommend finalizing your availability and travel plans before confirming your registration.

2. Non-Transferability

Registrations are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another individual. Entry will be granted only to the person whose name is on the registration.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of extreme or unforeseeable emergencies (e.g., national calamities or pandemic-related restrictions), the organizing committee may provide:

  • Partial credit toward future events
  • Digital access to recorded sessions (if available)

Such exceptions are solely at the discretion of the SAFE-PLAST organizing committee.
